Transdiagnostic Global Impression scales for Patients
The TGI scales provide a structured overview of your clinical profile across four key areas over the past 7 days.
Please select the area you would like to assess:
- Psychopathology – to assess psychiatric symptoms
- Somatic Symptoms and Signs – to assess physical symptoms and possible side effects
- Functioning – to assess how you manage daily activities
- Satisfaction – to assess your satisfaction with treatment and overall quality of life
Once you select a scale, you will be guided to rate each item using a 1–7 scale (1 = normal / not at all, 7 = extreme). Please rate based on your average experience over the past week — whether this relates to symptoms, daily functioning, or your level of satisfaction (1 = very satisfied, 7 = very dissatisfied). After completing the ratings, you will see a symptom map that visually summarizes your results. This overview highlights areas where you may be experiencing the most difficulty and can support discussions with your healthcare provider, family, or caregivers, as well as help track changes over time.
